Small festival, on Cape Cod, every summer, early August, hat passing plus upfront money,
mostly N.E. performers, participants seem to like it. Past attendees include: Bounce & LaLa, Bellaphone, Peter Panic, Dan Foley, Alex King of Jest, Flying Robertini, Commidiots, Jon Stetson, etc. etc. etc.
