Seeking Performers of all kinds to join our Restaurants in Grand Cayman

    Hi
We are seeking Performers of all kinds to join our Restaurant Group to add fun & excitement to the guest experience.

This is a new area we are creating, so we are open to all kinds of ideas & suggestions. The intent is for people on our team to work solely in guest interaction both within & outside the Restaurants to assure people are having the most fun possible.

Please note that this involves relocating to Grand Cayman, an island in the Caribbean, south of Cuba and west of Jamaica. It is a lifestyle choice as much as a choice of profession. Cayman is a British Island, with approx. 45,000 residents and upwards of 2 million visitors each year.

Pls. reply with your ideas and resumes, and I will reply as soon as I can.

Look fwd. to hearing from you all.

    Best rgds.,

Hi - here's how to contact me directly. Best Rgds., Cliff

      Thx. for your interest.

My direct email is Cliff@TTRgroup.com and our websites for the restaurants are:

CIMBOCO is a modern-day mix of all things Caribbean cuisine, ...pizza, pasta, seafood, steak... Serving breakfast , lunch and dinner

Chicken! Chicken! in Grand Cayman is a genuine Caribbean specialty house – a family restaurant started right here in the Cayman Islands. This place is famous (primarily) for one thing: their delicious, Caribbean Wood Roasted rotisserie chicken offered with fresh vegetables and salads, homemade soups, and Cayman-style cornbread.

Breezes By the Bay is the biggest one. It's on the waterfront in downtown George Town, Grand Cayman, with plenty of cruise ship & other tourist guests during the day and plenty of local guests in the evening.

All of our restaurants make everything we serve, from the bread to all desserts (even our own ice cream).

We are not small, approx. 75 people throughout the restaurants now, though we are not a large company either. We have been in business in Cayman since 1993.

I look forward to hearing from you!

      Best,
      --Cliff
