I am trying to find performers who would be interested in doing our annual fund-raiser fashion show on Saturday, May 27th at a Toronto venue to be determined. This year's theme is "Freak Show" - a kind of urban circus theme. If you are interested, do let me know. If not, could you perhaps recommend performers who might be? We're open to any kind of circus-styled acts - contortionists, acrobats, jugglers...
Since it is a fundraiser (we are competing in Toronto in August at the World Club Crew Championships of Dragonboating, as one of the home teams), we cannot afford to pay our performers, but we showcase your name/group name in our advertising (print, radio, internet...) and at the show and have been able to get groups to perform for us in the past on that basis. We generally expect around 300 people to attend. Let me know if you would like any further details.
