    a dog performance wanted

I am finding a dog who is intelligent enough to draw people's attention. Like he/she can wear some nice costume to dance, joggle...etc. Please reply by email to "irenewong@artelec.com" thank you!

      Joggling Dogs

      Irene ---

Having a dog as part of your act is a long-term commitment to the health (both mental and physical) and well-being of the animal. The finest example of this I've seen is the fellow in Key West (I can't remember his name right now) who has trained performing cats that walk tight ropes and jump thru hoops. As far as I can see he has trained his animals with love and respect and their care must take up nearly all of his time.

That said, it is best to acquire a dog you hope to train as a performer as a puppy. It would be nice to know that both mother and father had natural propensities as performers, but that's not nearly as important as starting out with the perception that this bright-eyed, enthusiastic youngster in front of you is going to learn to enjoy performing because he/she recognizes you as the alpha dog of the pack and desperately wants to do anything to please you.

So get yourself a dog. And, please, take VERY good care of it for the next twelve to fifteen years!

            Jeeps and Jogglers

            Hey, Zoobie ---

Jeep's got a new dog since I saw him last in New Orleans. Glad to hear he's having fun in Key West. He is a most remarkable dog trainer!

            Hey, Heysus ---

I thought she was talking about a dog that jogs for cardio-vascular health.

joggling is the combination of juggling and jogging at the same time.
I'm pretty sure no dog exists that can do this trick, or will ever be able to.
From the look of the website, I'd say it's for some trade show in hong kong. Maybe she just wants a costume character dog to juggle at a pet food stand. who knows?
Fred Garbo used to be a dog, maybe this is a gig for him.
