I feel the same way about your show

Feel free to send me a copy of the show ... I prefer a DVD.

P.S. I'll show it to my friends and family.

      Gee, thanks Grace.

You just reminded me why it's not worth working at home any-more.

Do you volunteer your services too? You come across like an amateur to me.

        roll on this

If my individual credit roll is broadcast in at least 30 languages to those 300 million worldwide families... complete with my website address and bio... lasting 60 seconds per language... and is placed at intervals throughout the nights broadcast -- then count me in!!

By the way, have they given the moon guy at the park a face lift yet? Last time I saw it, it badly needed some paint.

            Mmm. A request for free
            dancers
            fire eaters
            contortionists
            acrobats
            jugglers
            mimes
            magicians

to be on an apparently woefully underfunded MTV special, but hey... you'll be seen by 300,000 people!

I rang Grace this morning to enquire about this "exciting opportunity". A lovely girl really, even if slightly naive.
It seems she decided to delete the posting after having a bit of a think about it.

                Free "Exposure"

People doing free spots on a Show like this should be tarred and feathered! While they're exposed!

I did explain to her, among several other things, that people can die from exposure.

                    MTV Mystery

The whole thing smells fishy to me.
Perhaps Grace is not so naive. Maybe she's looking for freebies so she can keep the whole budget herself?
                    I can't believe that MTV doesn't have a budget?
Or are they happy to inflict a bunch of amateur performers on the poor put upon viewer?
I am going to watch for this airing and if they do use freebies, (and it's easy to tell an amateur from a pro) then I am going to get everyone I know, (and hopefully the P.netters too) to rush in a bunch of complaints to MTV and their sponsors about the lousy quality of content that we are supposed to accept as first class entertainment.
                    People get what they deserve.
Hitler said "How lucky we rulers are that men don't think!"
And he should have added "People will put up with anything because they don't want to be perceived as rocking the boat"

                      MTV strikes again

Sadly, no, it's not some random mistake. At the New Orleans Mardi Gras 2 1/2 years ago MTV had a big outdoor stage, which hosted Britney Spears, Gwen Stefano, Outkast, among others. MTV also had talent scouts going around the city looking for filler acts and stunts, just as Grace was trying to do here. Every busker I know was asked several times each to join in -- and 3 or 4 p.netters I know of did so. (I refused.)

The ironic thing was that the MTV stage was just 50 yards stage right of the main busking pitch of Jackson Square.

They seem happy to spend millions of dollars on dozens of amateur musicians...

                          TIC n' TAC

In a related story ... the Billboard Music Awards aired last night and Tic and Tac (the acrobatic team from Washington Square Park) were featured during multiple award winner Alicia Keyes's act ... they were featured again on a solo spot with the host ... I wish I knew what kind of $ they made but I'm sure it wasn't enough to pay for solid gold inlayed letters on their front teeth.

P.S. these two guys are often confused with the exceedingly more congenial Blackstreet Boyz (Al & Sey) aka "2 of a Kind".

Tic n Tac have been known to do things for cheap in the past for exposure. This time I think they did the video threw a big dance agency in New York, me and my group are also represented by the same agency. They take care of there dancers these people provide dancers for any magor artist you can name from Moddona to Missy Elliot there huge. Chances are that the agency got the legal amount af cash they were intitled to under the Aftra rules. For those that don't know what Aftra is it's a union that was suppose to merge with Screen Actors Guild AKA SAG, the largest and only film union in America but never did. Aftra protects people who apear on Television shows and music video's.
