Hi.
I have been asked to arrange some evening entertainment for a Corporate function my company is holding. One of my tasks is to source some outdoor performers (jugglers, unicyclists, punch and judy, morris dancers, street magicians, etc), and to get a rough idea of cost.
The function will be in late June in a large National Trust property, and there will be approximately 600 delegate milling around the grounds for 2 - 3 hours. We would like some entertainers to be working their magic around the grounds from approximately 6pm - 9pm. The venue is approximately an hour away from a decent sized city (North of England). We are willing to pay accommodation costs on top of a performance fee, but would like to get a *general* idea of costs.
Would some of you lovely people be so kind as to point me in the right direction (or even give me a rough idea of expected fees for your speciality). I don't expect firm quotations at this point, but any help gratefully received...
