Hurricane Frances

At this moment, we are watching closly the tracking of this Hurricane which might be headed straight for Daytona. I will be posting later this afternoon our decision on whether or not this event will be postponed.

I can say that at this time, we are leanning more towards the way of such a decision.

crappy! i only had 1 festival this summer with no rain, so a hurricane sounds pretty appropriate for the last fest of the summer. anyways, if you cancel, is there any possibility of still getting that small fee? cause i already payed $600cn for my flights, and it would suck to lose that!

It's official,

The residents and tourists of Daytona will more than likely have to evacuate within the next couple of days.

Clearwater/Tampa area will be getting quite a few of the people from that coast.

Anyone who still wants to come over to clearwater and work the Sunset festival may do so.

finding a room may be difficult soon. You can call me at 727-734-1022 and i can give more info.
As soon as i find out more info on a new date or any other info, i will let everyone know.
