Dear performer,

I would feel honoured to introduce you myself and my company. I am rajesh joshi from India –director of MOLECULES CREATIONS .The company is into T.Vproductions and events.

Our new television production named ‘ LESUIRE TIME’ is currently collecting data from various countries to telecast in the show.

Magicians, jugglers, mime artists, acrobats,clowns,animal trainers,dancers, story tellers, singers, circus artists and any other special entertaining act would be considered for the telecast. Solo and group performance both are accepted. The show will telecast 10 min performance of each performer. Each episode will telecast 3 performance.

The selected artists will get a acknowledgement from the director of company stating the day of telecast and a certificate of appreciation.

All artists are requested to submit there performance on format of beta cam cassette.Any other cassette will not be considered for telecast. All performers should send their cassettes along with the letter of acceptance and right to telecast duly signed.

So you're saying that we should convert our videotapes of our acts to Beta, mail them to you, along with the broadcast rights, and you will play our videos on TV in India? Then you send us a certificate of appreciation?

This doesn't sound like a GIG at all.

I think I'll leave the post, though. Other people can make their own decisions.
