Hello,
My name is "Mik-Kado", I'm a 31 year old clown and live in Antwerp, Belgium. I love it to entertain people, and I already do this about 12 years. Mostly I bring magic and balloon-modelling on birthday-parties and other private events. I hope to be able to enjoy this forum and on the basis of sharing opinions, experiences or findings, helping each other!
I'm very interested in performing on the streets, the real world of busking!!!
You know.....actually, my clowning-character is developed by the person who is behind the make-up, kind of a "multi-functional, imaginative creator"....
And that's me!!!! My real name is Kim (yes....I'm a male!!!). The Name "Mik-Kado" is created as follows: "Mik" is just my real name vice versa read, "Kado" is dutch for 'gift'. The whole name of my clowning-character: "Mik-Kado", is also a reference to the most favourite game of my clown. You know the game out there?
If you don't know it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikado_(game) Now the word "Kado" (in English: gift) gets also a meaning....Clown Mik-Kado gives this game sometimes to people as a souvenir...
