Just wanted to say hi. I am based in Chicago and will be traveling doing shows in Louisiana and Michigan this summer.

It's hot in NOLA in the summer. Don't go till the second week end in October, stay till Thanksgiving . That's the best time of the year there. It's nice and cool then and there are a lot tourist.

I've got 2 weeks of gigs booked from July 7 - July 17. I am sure there are brave souls down there in July. Mabey I'll feed sugar cane to the gators and eat cajun foods.
