    Teabag,

welcome to p-net. if you need ideas for what to do in your show, just do a couple of shows and then listen to all the yahoos that come up to you afterward and tell you what you should have done.

in fact, you may one day get sick of hearing, "you know what you SHOULD do is..." from people who've never held a crowd.

whoa, sorry for the bitterness. coffee hasn't kicked in yet.

anyway, i recommend you do stuff that interests you. that way you don't get bored when you have to practice it over and over.

and remember, WHAT you do is almost insignificant compared to HOW you do it.

also, just curious, how'd you get the name "Teabag?"

    much luv,

    Bonk

It's a long way from Omaha to Des Moines! There are a lot of Clowns in the world, most are idinified by the type and design of the face they wear, and there duties are defined by that. What kind are you?So read a little about the different clown types and you should then know what to do.From time to time I'm a white face clown. And teabag just don't be a dirtbag! And remember make me laugh!

When I do parties, I am a whiteface. Costume, white face, wig, and all.
when I busk I am a hobo. Old mismatched suit, patches, partial face paint, and hat.
I juggle, but am wanting to learn other stuff to do on the streets.
        thanks

What is the style of your white face?Different styles have different purposes in the history of the clown. How 'bout balloon tying or some simple, fast magic.

                        Yea...

Unless you're targetting the college crowd, you might consider changing your name.

But then again, since you're not aiming for tips or promotion, fuck it.

I'm not sure even the college crowd would go for that name.

And now I feel ill and old. Having to look up the term teabag and wishing I didn't. Sense I drink a ton of tea I hope I can get the image out of my mind.

When I first saw the name I didn't think nothing of it. I only thought it was a basic drink tea bag. Not untill I saw mention of another use for the word did I even think to look it up.

If you want to do kids parties change the name. Or maybe have more than one name for different personalities. For clowns I have learned multiple personalities are a good thing.

I like the name, it resonates with society's opinion of clowns. I decided my mime name is Runover the Mime
