Hi everyone!
My name is Kate, don't have much of a stage name so I went with my karaoke name
I recognize a few of you guys here from various gigs, bumping into while traveling and stuff, been a long time reader so I figured I should join up and start to contribute.
I'm based out of Toronto, Canada and perform mainly as a living statue (perhaps you may recognize Marie Antoinette or the Angel?) but this year started to branch out and do other types of shows; I've really taken a liking to follow mime and even did my first circle (mime, variety) show in Italy earlier this year. It went pretty well and I'm striving to refine it and work it as much as I can next year.
I've been really grateful for the encouragement and advice I've received from a number of performers along the way, and think this forum is an excellent resource.
