    Hi

    Hello, pnet people.
Been reading the board for about a year now and thought I ought to post a meet and greet. I'm Robin and I'm based in Topanga, California. In 1996 I did an indoor show in Edinburgh in what is now the Bongo Club (yep I may have tried to hand you a flier...). Did trade shows for a couple of years after that and then bailed on performing for a few. I then pissed around on the street for around 5 years doing a sort of walkby show that had a beginning and an end that I halfassedly hatted. I went back to Edinburgh last year to work the street and learned how it's really done. I have learned so much from many of you since that inaugural trip into proper street performing-- thanks again and again. I have made many friends that I already consider some of my best and have met up in several countries to work the same pitches since then. Thanks to all who I've had the pleasure and honour to meet and work with. I'm having a blast.

I'm a contact juggler who's full of enough shit that I've managed to turn my show into a proper circle show. It ain't the strongest show on earth but it works and I'm learning. I consider it an entry level job as while contact juggling is pretty cool, after 11 years of it I find it a bit wanky. I have a bit of an itch to put together a new show, though I've been told I ought to stick to the balls by some. Whatever comes about I'm sure to be asking many questions here in the future. Thanks in advance for your words of wisdom.
    Best,

Thanks in advance for your words of wisdom.
    Die for dirty money
    Take the bag and run
Guard it with your life, my friend
The risk is half the fun

The world keeps turning and life goes on
    Sometimes I don't know why
But if you live more lives than one, my friend
More deaths than one you'll die

Good to see you here, I really enjoyed the development and direction of your show from last year to this year at Edinburgh...see you next year.

        Cheers, Greg.
You may see me before then as I might do that US trip I was telling you about. Will definitely drop you a line if I'm heading up SF direction. Stay well.
