Greetings,
I am Mr. Stephen Mollett, Metaphysical Lecturer and Entertainer.
My shtick is fakir-type stunts, a few appropriate bits of mentalism, and feats of escape.
My favorite venue is outdoor work; store openings and promotions, etc.
I perform my escapes in the role of 'escape artist as mystic,' and so am not caught up in the 'world's greatest' or 'get out of anything' mindset. I'm very laid back.
I've been doing this sort of thing since I was 13...36 years ago (doing the math, I am now 49).
I love the bizarre and have a fascination with the 10-in-ones of the last century. I can read and re-read Mannix' "Memoirs of a Sword Swallower" and never tire of it.
