Helo all,
My name is Vone and I am not a performer so to speak. I am a street photographer, and I am sorry if you don't allow my type here.
Anyway I have become VERY interested in street performance and buskers in general after meeting a gentlemen named Sonny Holliday in Philadelphia. He was very entertaining and he allowed me to take some pictures of him. He gave me a card for me to contact him, but have been unable to do so as of yet.
Anyway, I am here to learn a little more about buskers and maybe to meet up with some of you on the street and take some photos. Anyone who will allow me to snap a couple pictures and is willing to sign a release (I will most likely use any good pictures in a book I am writing) would be appreciated. Also, I would be willing to make prints for you, 8x10 or bigger, I have a poster size photo for sonny if I can ever get a hold of him!
Anyway here are some of the photos I have taken of some street performers. If you reconize any of these folks let me know. If you are in the Philadelphia area (I am willing to travel) and would allow me to take some photos you can feel free to email me.
