          cant we share

          Dear Mr Man,
I am sorry if you were offended by my attempt to add humor to my post at your expense. My desire to bring light and love to this forum has started out on the wrong foot, and for that I apoligize.
I understand your gunslinger mentality, and desire to be the only sheriff in this small online town. Dont worry, I will gladly let you lead this comedy posse on your giant black stallion of wit and wisdom.
Larva lad, I have not talked to you in a while, and you must be judging me on all the past experience the two of us have shared together. Well, that's not fair. Let us start over. I'll even take back the larva lad comment so we can begin a new relationship, one without any bitterness or regret.
          What do you say?
          Dan

p.s. This time I have added the heart icon, this will help you to interpret the loving nature of my post.

Finally, someone online with as much history and wit as Nelson, and even more free time.

Mr. Holzman is a self-confessed “corporate” juggler.

He may have the time ... but I doubt that it will be free.

P.S. Why not tell us about yourself Mr. Holzman? (don't forget to include the time you were arrested for purse snatching)

                  story time

                  Mr man,
Thank you for bringing up a painfull episode from my past.

It's true.I was once arrested for stealing a purse, but as you'll see from this story, no actual snatching was involved.
I was 17 and living on my own in Arcata Ca., many years before the fame and fortune I've enjoyed as a moderetly successfull corporate entertainer came my way. I had hoped to go to the Dell Arte school in Blue Lake, but was turned away due to a lack of funds. I was living in a beautifull establisment called the Airport Motel, and supporting myself by planting trees and flowers for a local nursery.
I would often go to a downtown laundromat to check the job board, and loiter around reading the free newspapers and magazines. One day, I was hitchhiking back to the motel when a police car pulled up. The cops told me that I matched the description of a teenager who had stolen a purse from the laundromat, and that the woman who owned the purse was going to come down and identify me.
I breathed a sigh of relief because I knew I was innocent, and was sure that once the woman arrived the whole incident would soon be over.
Well ,she pulled up, took one look at me and said" yeah, that's the kid".
Needless to say, I was very suprised at this turn of events, and loudly protested my innocence to the police as they took me down to juvinile hall. As hard as it is to believe, the cops took her side of the story and told me to shut my lying mouth.
Since it was a friday, I was told I would have to spend the weekend in the juvinile hall before I could see a judge on monday afternoon. My parents were called, and suprise , suprise , they also didn't belive me. They basically said " you got yourself into this mess, you can get yourself out".
I spent two days locked up, including one sleepless night under observation. On monday morning I was taken to the office and told that the woman, who was a teacher, had found her purse at school where she had left it on friday, and was sorry for thinking I had taken it. She never tried to apoligize personally, and I never saw her again at the laundromat. The cops drove me back to the motel and dropped me off.

I hope you've enjoyed this episode from my pre- Raspyni days. Let me know if you would like me to share any more stories. I have a great one about a performer who tried to sneak illegal substances through customs.
                  Dan

A performer, you mean? Illegal substances? Almost too crazy to be believed. I gotta hear it.
