This seemed like the appropriate place to introduce myself. I go by the name Pedro, I live in Colorado and have been interested in Freakshow acts for years. I am not yet proffessional but am getting several gigs in coffee shops and private parties. Hoped to get some questions answered by some folks who were in the business of sideshows. I've so far been self taught in everything and i am hoping to find out some info. on some of the more dangerous acts i do in order to keep myself away from any injury. My talents include human blockhead, wine glass/light bulb eating, moth/grasshopper/cricket eating, amateur fire breathing, flesh peircings, flesh suspensions, also working on broken glass walking, bed of nails, machete juggling, and some other stuff. Always looking for suggestions of new acts. I suppose i've rambled on enough, thank you all for your time and i look forward to speaking with everyone.

By the way, the acts you perform are working acts, not Freakshow acts. Freak is a term (often taken in a deragatory context) for a physical oddity, if you was born like other folks (albeit maybe a bit crazier) you do not a freak make.

Besides, these days a Phish concert is a Freakshow, the term just aint all that great anymore...

hey pedro come see the show we'll be in colorado tomorrow, hope you read this soon enough. the dates and place are on the website knownothingfamily.org check out the family if interested in that sort of stuff. we do alot of stuff you do onstage, including frack eating a wide assortment of bugs (watch out if you eat a meal worm or madagascar hissing cock roach). and if you don't read this in time well sorry you missed or couldn't make the show. and warning if you don't make it in time sure you know this but watch out for eating the glass hope you don't do that every show of yours and it's just a rare trick you do or it will break down your teeth and the enamel. very few they come out but sometimes the wise words from frack. try a fishwich on stage instead or maybe a nice mcchicken sandwich. frack actually stopped at one mcdonalds along the way that sold mcchicken sandwiches and oatmeal raisin cookies, ohhhh was it a great meal. so time to go to walmart in fracks little cave in the back of the van, hoping a mcdonalds inside this walmart. yep yep frack attack
