Hiya folks!I'm finally in!I'm 17.Ever since I was 5, I loved to perform.I've been performing since I was 9 as a clown, a singer, and a dancer.I remember watching my mother perfoming in malls and at picnics as a clown.Most kids grew up with Sesamestreet and He-Man; I grew up with the Marx Brothers and watching modern dance on public TV.Even so, I don't consider myself as an experianced performer,so I've joined these forums to speak to others more experianced than me!

it says in your profile you live in miami. i'm moving to ft.lauderdale in a few days, thought to ask where abouts you street perform down there? bayside? las olas? i'm pretty familiar with the area but not sure what sortof venues are around

Hmmm, let's see. I'm not sure, cuz I usually perform alongside my mom, and she usually does the scouting. But I'm sure Las Olas would be good. Southbeach is really good, though, and I've seen fire breathers there during festivals.I usually perform at festivals and picnics.It's good work.I've never seen any performers at Danya Beach or Davie, but maybe that makes it a good place to try, because of less competition!But you can never go wrong if you hook up with a county festival or local picnic. Hope that helps!
