How do we attach pictures to our names?

I can't figure out how to have my picture under my name in posts - I somehow managed to upload it on my account, but it does not show up in my posts...
Also a suggestion - do you guys consider including 'browse" button to upload pictures to group photos? I have tonns of pictures of pitches in US and Europe I'd love to share, but they are on my computer, they do not have any URL etc - usually facebook and other sites give you opportunity just to upload pictures from computer!

Your avatar on posts is different from your profile picture.

Go to: User CP... Settings & Options... Edit Avatar.

Thanks, it's actually User CP - edit avatar, options are for something else...

Huh. On my control panel "Edit Avatar" does appear under "Settings & Options." Anyway, there ya go.
