Email send from p.net

If we are signed up to receive mail at p.net, is there also a way to send email using our myname@ address??

I Yahoo as my email program. In the peferences you can set the email addy you want to use. So my mail shows as comeing from
Peter@performers.net
and if people use the "reply" button on their programs their email goes to my p.net addy
