All,
Although the feature is not quite as nice as a .killfile for USENET, I will point out the "ignore list" functionality that can be found in each of our user profiles. I prefer the killfile because it makes the offending user disappear from my universe completely, whereas even though the ignore list hides the posts, it still leaves behind their smelly footprints.
Jim, is there a way or setting that can be made so that members included in the ignore list don't show up on threads at all?
And to those who feel like getting huffy over me pointing out this feature, do this:
Click on the USER/CP button at the top of the page.
Click on "edit ignore list" (it is the next to the end at the top)
Type in the first field "Steven Ragatz" (without the quotes)
Click the "Update list" button.
