I would like to see a section dedicated to records.

For example, just how long was Rumples Record Breaking show. How many balls can you juggle while singing Dixie?


People could post these acheivements and other people could try to beat them.

The Pnet book of records. Guiness is full and can only have so many. Lets have a Pnet book of records.

Jesting Marathon Shows

Crikey! My longest show was 24 hours non-stop. Only went to the toilet once during the show, but didn't leave the stage.
I piddled into a green plastic rubbish bin with a green sleeping bag wrapt around me...so the audience wasn't sure if i was taking the piss. Quite literally i was taking a piss & someone times it & it lasted 4 & a half minutes. There were a few tiny stops & starts with the piddle.

My next longest show was 16 hours.
I have also done three 11 hr shows. One of them was 11 & a half hrs long.
Also a 10 hr, 9 hr, two 8 hour shows & three 7 hour shows & a few 6 hours, quite a few 5's & too many 4 hour shows.
I did ten 4 hr shows every night over 10 days at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2002 i think it was.
I will attempt to do a 48 hour show someday or perhaps 72hr.

jester man only me and dirty fred have done belmgium, lux and gemany in one day! and that was to fill the gas tanks and our cigarette drug habits and a w/e at cologne

Greetings from Mr Rumpel Stiltskin.
Blimey! I've got to stop doing these
jesting marathon stints.
Just did 3 days performing over Easter
@ the Cockatoo Island Festival in Sydney
Harbour.

1st Day....3 1/2 hr show
2nd Day....3 1/2 hr show
3rd Day.....Two 2 hr shows & a 1 hr show.

I'll have to get a quality 10 minute act i think...
as it might well be possible to earn more
in 10 than 1440 minutes.

How can a jester fully obey the laws of logic?
I've performed in 31 countries & travelled to 58...
which isn't too bad, as i still can't drive a car.

Perhaps hold the record for the least easiest journey....
as i certainly carry the most on foot....e.g huge trunk on trolley, unicyle (with spokey dokes), guitar, fire-tricks bag, backpack, sleeping bag & other miscellaneous odds & ends etc.
Crikey! My passports make a great jester's storybook with all the visas. Those Europeans get it easy.
What the heck! The show must go on!
Oneday i'll drive around Europe in a castle with a steering wheel with a big jester flag on top (either that or a question mark flag).
What about a record for the entertainer who has got kicked out of the most countries.

i'VE GOT A BIG POLE

I've had my finale reproduced in various forms by at least 7 other acts. Is that a record? I think I've performed in Eastern europe more than any other western act also.
And just this winter I did not perform for 6 months !! Certainly a record for me in the past 15 years.
I've been driving an unregistered and uninsured Bedford truck around europe for 2 years now, crossing several borders. Could be a record.

I just performed for 26 hours on the streets of Salisbury and raised £3,000 for local charities.
