    "credit card" glitch

    Jim-

Under the Dayton Beach, FL thread of Pitches, some kind of glitch (hacking job?) occurred with the words
credit card. I will be curious to see if it happens again here...

Funny. It occurred again, but only in the subject line.

Chance, I don't see what you're talking about. Everything looks fine to me. I looked at the thread and it seems OK. Did I miss something?

        Jim-

Today I am using a different computer and it is not there anymore.

What I saw yesterday was a thick gold/dark yellow line under the words "credit card". It happened in the copy of one message, and the topic line of another. When I passed the cursor over it, a small banner ad for a credit card agency popped up. Never saw anything like it before.

I couldn't help thinking it was somehow hacked onto your system, but could it be located on just that one computer hard drive?

          Chance,

That sounds really weird. I have no idea how that could have happened. Did you happen to remember the credit card company that the ad was for? Maybe they're doing some hacking into forum systems like these. I'll look into it,

          Jim

it tracks your usages and allows you to hyperlink to sites that have paid for this servicde, google search for adaware and run this to remove the think from your system
