Hello friends.

I am trying to find out where to buy two point aerial harness. The harnesses I am looking for in particular are the kind where the performer is flown by two points one from each hip. At this hip connecting point usually there is a metal plante and from this plate in the middle lies the connection point on a swivel base. (please see attached pic)

These harnesses are commonly used for bungie and other flying costume characters seen in circuses.

Im looking for any leads as to where to buy this equipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I believe what you're looking for is a gymnastic training belt (aka: spotting belt or tumbling belt). You can find them on amazon, or at a good gymnastic supply company. One of my first google results:
