Lighting Equipment?

I am looking for a lighting system. I do lots of indoor corporate work and I often provide my own lighting. Looking online, I find DJ lighting bars with LEDs, but I'm not sure if these are adequate for a good wash of a 10x10 ft stage area.

Are there any recommendations for a reasonably priced, basic lighting system?
