Thanks, but i actually didn't spend a bunch of money on some thing because of the name i spent a bunch of money on a product that i thought was quality, from what i had heard and was one of only two others on the market that had the functions i am looking for. Honestly i couldn't give a crap about what brand it was i was just looking for a wireless remote.

So I thought that it would be kind to let others on this site know the problems that i had beacuse the same product was mentioned on this thread and i didn't want any one to have the same troubles i had.

I don't understand why you feel the need to be so rude.

That wasn't rude, that was him first, agreeing with you, and then, throwing in a bar joke to be funny. Get a thicker skin for fuck's sake. Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean the rest of us want to swaddle you in blankets and pet your psychotic little head.

Sorry', maybe i don't hang out in the same bars as you, but to me it just sounded like he was calling any one who would by their products a douche. Didn't asked to be swaddled, just thought it was a bit uncalled for. But hey things on the internet can easily be miss interpreted and maybe that is was i did. No need for you to come and be a cock about it.

Technically, there is no NEED for anything, any of us do. You can't really eat a stack of recycled one-liners and a juggling routine. We do it for reasons beyond need.

ElectricBlue, I wasn't calling you a douche at all, I am sorry your remote doesn't work, my comment was about the Monster company and how they sell bullshit products. I was agreeing with you. I was specifically calling people who who spend over $100 on a cable (not a remote) my new favorite word...

Okay, I'm REALLY in the market for something now. So far what are the conclusions we've reached? The Monster is completely fucked, according to ElecticBlue, yeah? I'm really intigued by the idea of adding a line-in jack to a wireless transmitter. Anyone else have any ideas? In this day and age it should be SO easy to send music/sound effects to your amp wirelessly, and do it for very little money.

I have had my current one for 2 years and it is about 99.5% accurate, in any case the ipod is there at fingertips in case it should fail....

I had the lcd one and it was utter shit; unresponsive and ineffective.

The lcd one is the one I was interested in, anyone else have experience with them? Was it just really slow, Stephon?

It was over a year ago, but as I remember, it was slow to respond, inconsistent (sometimes skipping more than one track, and then going up to the playlist when you try to backtrack), and the lcd didn't help, since I wasn't gonna stand in the middle of a show staring at my remote.

the lcd version is useless...the screen is small and you do not want to be squinting to look at it.

get the basic one, easily memorize where the 5 buttons are and which direction you are holding the remote and keep it in your pocket or other easily accesible place.

buy two of them because they are cheap.

I have had the same two for over 2 years now and they are fairly accurate and the easiest product out there.

you can get it here for 25$

Just got one of the iJets and it is fantastic, Every thing that the monster and other options i have tried was not.

It is fairly accurate though every know and then it will miss a cue and it does take a small second to respond but it has a massive range and so far i haven't been able to not get it to work.
