Hi Mario,
I've had a Samson Airline for a couple of years and I think it's awesome. I need to be able to take it off or put it back on quickly for switching over from handheld mike to the headset and back. It's perfect for that. Sounds great and it's very portable.
In the UK they seemed to have discontinued the battery operated receiver option which I also found very frustrating when I was trying to purchase mine. The salesman I dealt with figured out that I could purchase the foot-pedal type receiver that bass guitars use (model AP1B Bass) and then just purchase an airline headset transmitter on the same frequency. You end up with a bass guitar transmitter that you don't need but it's not too expensive and for the ease of running off a 9V battery it's completely worth it.
I think I bought mine from these guys:

cheers,
