    Well, so far my experience with Engineered Audio is very disappointing.

    I ordered my Aerolink more than 10 days ago and have not received it yet. Further, I've been entirely unable to make contact with anyone at Engineered Audio--they haven't answered my e-mail asking if there was any way for me to track my order; the first time I tried to call by phone I got more than 12 hours of "Our lines are all busy, please call again", and the next time, I reached the answering machine. So far, no one has gotten back to me.

    I know they're a small business, but they are still a business.

    I need to use this thing in a show this weekend.

      sorry you have had trouble getting your product. you should try to tell them you need it in a rush.
      Lucky Bob ordered one to japan after his high end remote crap out on him and it was there in Japan in like two or three days.
      Maybe with the Holiday week they were gone or I dunno...anyhow I am sorry you have had a not so good experience.
