I'm shopping for a busking amp at the moment and have just been shown a DB mobile 50. Has anyone got any advice or reviews?

The crate taxi's are ok. Fender makes a number of good amps for busking. If you want a PA look at the passport series. The speakers lock onto the mixer so you can put it together for travel and it just looks like a hard suitcase. The passport systems also have vocal priority which means when you speak into the mic any music you have going on in the background is lowered so you can be heard. You can buy a rechargeable battery for the systems that will last about 6-8 hours. They also have a wireless mic system, it's called the fender passport executive system. The reciever has a spot specially made for it on the PA, just plug in and go. I'm actually shopping for this stuff myself right now. My friend Jason uses a small cylindrical battery powered amp made by fender. I do not know what it's called but it's about the size of a big can of vegetable juice or pineapple juice. -
Fender Amp Can
It's called a fender amp can. Used them for years. Low end but small in size and easy to hide.
