comedy program

I found this software online called:
Comedy Evaluator Pro
it is for the professional comedian and entertainer.

The purpose of the software is to evaluate your show, how many laughs per minute, how long the laughs are, what is the strongest part of your show and the overall positive audience response.

It is a simple program, but I have been finding it useful to evaluate my show, especially now as I am writing and working new material and am looking for how it is working.

It is simple to use, listen or watch a tape of your show. Everytime you hear laughter or applause, start the count. As soon as the reaction and laughter ends, stop the meter.

at the end of the show it breaks it all down for you how and where the laughs were.

look up comedy evaluator pro on the web and there are a few places to download it.

You can try it free for I think 15 days and then you need to buy it.

Maybe you will find it as useful as me.

That is the dumbest @?#$ing thing I've ever heard. It's a CALCULATOR Greg. A free one came with your computer. It's counting LPM's. How the #?@$ is this thing supposed to be useful? It can't judge quality, creativity, or originality. I'll watch your show and tell you you suck for free! You don't need HAL to do it.

I am really bad at math and figuring out the calculations of laughs per minute average...so this program seemed like a cool thing...
I have only used the trial and not dished out the money for it and thought I would post it here if anyone else wanted to check it out.

I am glad that there are people out there still looking out for me...thanks Dr. Eric.

there is more the LPM

there is as was said creativity and hackyness

does it read how loud it is cause a long snickering is no mach for a fast roar where the people pipe up asap to see what you will say/do next

and there is good and bad crowds some times they just don't make any noise

right now humor is just to complex to be counted with shareware
