We purchase the fabric from JoeAnn Fabric. Standard Chifon works well but is a little streatchier than the purpose built fabric.

Thanks. Well, i hear many different things. I'm sure all work, but from the following, wich would most of you prefer? 100% polyester knit, satin, micro fibre, or Chifon? What is the purpose built fabric? If any of you have the Alegria and Dralion DVD of Cirque Du Soleil, what would you say the Aerial Pas De Deux silks are made of? and what would you say Ebon's silks were made of?(from the behind the scenes look where Ebon is practicing with his silks.) THANKS

Most of the people I know use chifon. I know that cirque in Orlando Practices on cheap Chifon .... but in the show they use something else, something that either is made for it or something that they have made for them. I dont know what it is called though. I will try to get in touch with someone there and find out. but it is expensive enough that they dont practice on it so......
