HELP! lost my 15V crate taxi AC wall adapter.

Hi all, misplaced AC adapter for my Crate Taxi here in Japan.
Theres an electronics store nearby and I can figure something out if I get the specs.. Could someone please email me all the specs on the back of that AC adapter unit?
I know the 15V part but I need the rest as well to avoid frying or not being able to charge my moneymaker.

Output should be 15V, 1250 mA. The 1250 mA is a minimun, if you find a charger with a higher capacity, that's fine. With lower, you have the chance of ruining your charger, the amp will be fine...
