With the fresh new purchase of a laptop, and pda, I am trying to computerize all the 'paperwork' we do on tours. I have been trying to build a spreadsheet in quicken, but there isn't a template for what I want (venue name, date, guarantee, money actually made, gas/food $$ spent getting there, overall profit etc.) If anyone knows about this stuff and can help, please let me know.
