I just bought the book, "BOOKING PERFORMANCE TOURS Marketing and Acquiring Live Arts And Entertainment" by author/agent Tony Micocci.

Tomas Kubinek is on the cover.

The book defines--very well--the booking process and the roles of performer, agent, manager, producer and presenter. Nice info on working abroad too; taxes, visas, permits, insurance, etc.
