Any advice on compiling email lists????

I have a question for people who have successfully done bulk email campaigns.
Are there programs or are there people who I can hire to generate a list of email addresses for a certain market?
I have 75 windows open, each one is a specific event. It would take me days to filter through the contacts and find email addresses for all of the people that I wish to contact.

I imagine there is probably some sort of software or company that compiles emails based on your specific target market.

Any ideas? Desperate and losing my mind in Seattle! Thanks in advance.

I found a lady who does it for me at 20 cents an email. She goes through school district web sites and copies and then pastes the addresses into a spreadsheet.
