1 has better quality footage and production, but 2 has a better energy and sells you more.
Now if you could just use some of the footage from 1 and exchange it for footage in 2, it would be even better. -
I like the client montage at the beginning of vid #2. I think it generates credibility. However, it may look better just after the first joke in vid #1.
One thing to consider: the viewer cannot listen to your lines and read quotes at the same time.Comment

I'm with Gav - footage quality in 1 much better, 2 has better pacing and energy! Can you recut 2 with the same sections of your show but from the tape used in 1, if that makes sense?Comment

2 has the insta-cred of the corp banners, it has at least one transition/edit that fades to black and needs to be tightened up. The suit look at the end of 2 needs to be incorporated earlier. The crowd pan in #1 is IMO just adequate, replace it when you can.
Both are good in that people can see exactly what you're offering. 1 is languid, 2 is sharper but could be sharper still. Maybe get someone neutral to edit it for you, it can be hard to let stuff go.

It's been said: Number one looks like a pro job. #2, while more personable, looks hand-done. You need to take the logos from one, fly them through 2.
You also need to remember that I can't read quotes, listen to you talk and watch your act at the same time.Comment

I've worked there the last two years and haven't heard about a third. Phil usually is pretty last minute.
