Mini DVDs vs full sized DVDs

ANyone have any direct experience with mini DVDs? The 3" size is much cheaper to replicate in big quantities and I'm curious if they actually work, or if they are an annoyance and get stuck, or cause presenters to see me as the cheap schmuck I really am. . .

They work just as well! The only difference is that they hold less content (obviously)
