    Charlie in Talang

Heya, I'm currently in Sweden's got Talent. Check out the first round here:

Does anyone have any clever advice on things i should think of for the semis and finals? The Swedish version treats performers pretty well (at least compared to a lot of other countries). My goal with being in it is to introduce myself to the Swedish public and agents as I haven't really been there for eight years.

Looks like you're doing well so far. Congratulations.
    I like that subtle act.
Just get more spectacular and funnier as it goes.
There used to be this robot magician, can't remember his name, but he did a short act with basic magic gags and then at the end he would shock everyone by doing a standing back sault. It was very effective.
Maybe think of something they're not going to expect from you.

maybe do something with your vest - produce a table (harbin) produce a vase with flower for a little dinner. newspaper torn and restorded then use 3rd hand to make the vase and flower float.

make a rose out of a napkin (flaspaper) produce a candle - lit - napkin rose changes to real one. give to lady judge.

      just some ramblings

        Charlie,

Just do what you do mate, your great, don't get too technical
KISS Keep It Simple Stupid, but well ya know that innit.

hey a swing dancing set will really f**k 'em,, they wouldn't expect that,,

Gav that was Dave Gelman you talking about he lives in Belgium now,,

Charlie unless you are a singing prodigy from vietnam who is 3 years old you've got a slim chance of 1st I reckon, but get to the finals mate, for the boys and for arts cake,,,

try the dancing or maybe break some boards while singing "Happy Birthday"

        Nick
