    ZOHO CRM

    Hi

    I'm looking into Zoho CRM at the moment adn just wondered if anyone has any thoughts?

    It seems a little overblown for my requirements, but it's fully customisable very flexible.

      how do you manage your client information
      like when you last contacted them, what the last interaction was etc.

        Love 'em!

        I've been using Zoho for a little over a month now. I LOVE the CRM, it works well at what it does, but it does have some limitations. It's not fully customizable, which means that it can't do things that would be incredibly useful for performers, LIKE: automatically adding an event to the calendar upon booking a show, synching with ical or other calendars, and even using with other Zoho products.

        Digging around their forums, I've gathered that they are busily working on all of this and will be rolling out a new version update sometime around the end of Jan.

        I've decided that the benefits of Client management outweigh the things I would like to see, and am willing to wait awhile to see what they add.

        They have amazing customer service, and I like the layout & structure of their DB's very much.

        You can customize to the point of adding fields, changing the names of tabs and fields, adjusting what gets put on the views, etc.

        That's all great, I just want more. . .
