I do not like the music choice...the beat is alright and I like the catch phrase bounce bounce...but the lyrics I find distracting...any way to isolate and remove teh voice track from that music?

I see some of the same tricks a few times...

The venues shown look great...big venue and big crowds.

The closing shot with you getting the standing ovation, I would hold a few seconds longer, shows everyone standing and cheering, then fade...it feels too soon.

the footage is amazing. it's at least twice as long as it should be. I got the point in like 15 seconds, then, you didn't show me anything new.

if you don't have any more tricks, show a series of venues in a row, so that you get the idea of all the places you've performed. bring up any awards / clients or whatever you can boast.

the music's monotonous and that brings out the monotony of jumping up and down and just bores me.

I don't mind the music so much, just think about weather or not it's going to make your target client interested or not.
I agree with Scot, It could be way shorter. The most impressive clips were way past the point where I would have turned it off thinking I had seen everything you had to offer..... don't repeat anything until you show everything.
