I've noticed a lot of these free media hosts popping up all over the net mentioned in another thread here.
I search google for free video hosting and even more popped up.
I think it's the ol' TOS switcharoo down the road but time will tell.

Hesitant at first.

I was skeptical at first as well. But after realizing that Ourmedia has some big names in the non-profit/open source/IT communities behind it (ie. Internet Archive, Drupal, Creative Commons, Marc Canter, etc...) I decided they're, in all probability, legit.
