Resume

Ok, I noticed foodplay want's a Reume/letter/headshot or a vidio. What kind of things would a prodution like Foodplay want to see on a Resume? Does "real world" work experience (cooking and painting) count for anything? Do I list my juggling skills indiviually?
Or do I make it out just like an actor's Resume?
Mabey if someone has an exampel of what they would turn in.....
