    website feedback?

    Hi all,

Just redesigning and updating my website ( www.nothingimpossible.net )

there are still a few things that need to be added to it picturewise and a selection of press things like newspaper clips and the "show page is gonna be changed to 5 different shows with a picture for each.
Apart from that while it is still being changed would you be so kind and let me know what you all think?
when you've seen pictures of yourself and your own work too much its difficult to see what else it needs.

Lots of love to all, waiting for pointers!

    Jewel,

None of the media links worked for me. I couldn't zoom on any of the photos or watch the video.

The design is nice, clean and very corporate, though I would add some indication that the little bars under your image are used for navigation. I am not a fan of "mystery buttons". I think it is better to know what the button does before you have to roll over it or activate it. But at the least I would suggest you indicate that the bars are buttons...

Also, you might consider indicating what it is you do. If I didn't already know that you were a performance/artist, I might be confused for quite some time. After all, your show doesn't exactly fit the usual perception!

I agree, indicate that the menu is a menu.

Also, you can have the welcome pop up at the beginning of the page load instead of having it an extra click away.

You might want to market one show to make it clear what you are trying to sell.

        Just a question...

is everyone else having problems with my popups? (the zoomins, video and media links are all popup windows) cos I've checked it from different computers and it seems to work....

        thanks for the points guys!

        love, j

I quite liked your site, I thought it very artistic and elegant. And didnt have any trouble with the navigation buttons.
I think however, if you wanted to market yourself to a north american audience you may have to make it a little less mysterious, but if europes your target market - I think its great.

            Just my opinion!
