I must say that this interview was a good read. The major idea (fund raisers as a booking tool) isn't something I'm interested in.
However, the other ideas (promotion truck, etc) are excellent for me and these ideas should consider themselves stolen!
For those of you worried about such things: there is only one ad that I noticed for Randy's system. It's very small text ad and if you don't like advertising I'd suggest moving to a VERY small island to avoid it.
Just do it.
