Paul's Golden Fun Shears

I'm looking for an orginial Paul's Golden Fun Shears. It does not open or close for the spectator.Help

Just take a pair of shears to any welder, give 'em 5 bucks and tell 'em to weld it shut.

So simple a juggler could have figured that one out.

Maybe that's what a juggler would do, but a magicican, if he simply wanted to render the shears UNUSABLE, would just use .20 of superglue and be done with it. But magical shears on the other hand WILL open for the magician... just not for the spectator.
