Could you describe how the lights are used with the BoN (ie, what's the effect)?

There are 5 or 6 lights across the front that are about two and half inches tall. The lights are mounted on a frame to light up the 7 inch nails. It makes them all shine. Looks kinda cool if you are ding night shows but you don't have to mount the lights.
