I didnt think Rondini's was aluminum... I'll ask him tonight if he shows up if his is for sale and I'll let ya know cuz he didn't answer his phone just now. I think Patrick's was aluminum maybe he left a back-up here or something and now it's for sale.

Rondini didn't show up for lottery tonight. Nor has he been answering his phone. But I doubt it is his because he needs 4 guys to help him pick the thing up and usually all four guys struggle... I'm pretty sure his is not aluminum.

                who is this Don Perry???
Anyone seen him work? Does he also possibly do a tripod?

He points people to the keywest site to see the tripod, but that is rondinis that is shown and as far as I can tell, Rondini is not selling his tripod, nor is Michael Patrick.

Hello, I'm Don Perry. I own and designed the tripod listed. I peformed on it 6 yr's ago in Bolder, Chicago, Key west for a while. I made a few $, Many friends and could sell it for scrap. It's an opportunity to buy something of good quality at a fare price. Best Wishes.

Well there you go, that answers that. But he still didn't answer the first question as to the pictures... I looked all over the Mallory website and I did not see any tripod pics for Don's rig.

3 trypods and acouple of jugglers

I remember Don. He and Mark Riggs got in to a big fight over Gazzo at lottery one day. As I remember he started out in Key West or pert nearly. He built his try pod Copying Rondini and Michael PatricK. That summer there was 3 try pod escape acts and a couple of jugglers at Mallory, I was on the road that summer. Those things are made out of heavy tub or pipe steal, and they weigh a lot.

                          P.S.

P.S. Don's may be aluminum I really don't know. He hasn't worked at Mallory in several years.

                            Jeep,
I sometimes shed a tear or two just remembering what a pain in the ass I was then. Thank u for the reminder. Rondini is the real deal. That said, The rig is clean aluminuim, no paint. weight is 125 lb's. I'm in town and may stop by tonight. Best. P.S. remember the glass and bed of nails?
