Thinking of heading to Belgium for a bit this summer at the end of July/early August, and wondering what the good (or bad cities) are in terms of receptiveness, legal issues, trouble with cops, etc.
I'm your standard man-with-a-guitar or man-with-a-banjo singing and playing. Thinking of Brussels, Bruges, Liege, Ghent, Antwerp but am obviously open to suggestions. Would also love to hit up smaller towns if you know of any.
