South Korea

Does anybody been busking in South Korea? I don't mean doin' the Festivals
but raw street. I found some videos of people singing in the streets but i ask if somebody knows rules, pitches for circle shows, etc.

Not a clue, but I do know that they finally opened Orchard Road in Singapore... not that that helps...
