I will be in Santa Fe, NM, sept-october for a class, but I will have free weekends and want to do some street face-painting. I heard there's a buskers permit in Santa Fe, but I can't find anything about it on local government web-site. Does anybody have any recent info? Did anybody worked during Santa Fe Fiesta - or any other fall festivals? It looks like a great fall pitch as the weather is perfect and it's a really touristy and artistic place. Thanks!
